Growing Tips

Plant in full sun in fertile, well-drained soil. Requires very strong support as mature plants become heavy. Prune twice yearly: in late winter shorten side shoots to 2-3 buds, and in summer cut back whippy growth. Feed with potassium-rich fertilizer in spring to encourage flowering.
