Due to the perishable nature of plants, we are unable to offer the standard 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, we offer a 1-day return window from the date of delivery. If you believe there is an issue with your plants, please contact us within 24 hours, including clear photographs.
Returned plants must be in their original condition and packaging. Where possible, use the same courier service that delivered the order.
For other items (e.g. tools, compost, non-living accessories), you may return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging and condition.
The following apply to both perishable and non-perishable product returns:
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for change-of-mind returns.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or misdescribed.
If you are unable to return the item yourself, we may be able to arrange collection. If so, a collection fee will apply and be deducted from your refund.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty or misdescribed.
