Cotoneaster lacteus – Evergreen Beauty with Bird-Friendly Berries
Cotoneaster lacteus is a robust and evergreen shrub prized for its dense, bushy habit and year-round appeal. Its glossy, dark green leaves create a lush backdrop that remains vibrant throughout the seasons, making it an excellent choice for hedging, screens, or mixed borders.
In late spring to early summer, the shrub is covered in clusters of delicate white flowers, filling the air with subtle fragrance and attracting a variety of pollinators, including bees and butterflies.
