A stunning perennial and a favorite of most gardeners. Erysimums are an evergreen perennial with narrow lance shaped, green leaves and on long stems they produce beautiful flowers that attract butterflies.
They are a fantastic perennial that are perfect for so many parts of the gardens such as herbaceous borders situated in the middle, also ideal for gravel / rock gardens and pots.
They thrive on poor, neutral to alkaline, well-draining soils in a full sun position. They don’t like long wet winters say may need a little help if possible. Also rabbit proof. They can be propagated either by the seeds or by cuttings.
