Thalictrum rochebrunianum, commonly known as Meadow Rue, is an elegant herbaceous perennial admired for its tall stems and airy clusters of soft lavender-purple flowers. Blooming in mid to late summer, the delicate flowers float above finely divided foliage, creating a light, graceful effect in the garden. Ideal for mixed borders and naturalistic planting, it adds height and softness to planting schemes.
Spring:
Fresh finely cut foliage emerges, forming a soft green clump at the base of the plant.
Summer:
Tall slender stems carry loose clusters of lavender-purple flowers with prominent yellow stamens.
