Sambucus also known as elder or elderberry. Are stunning deciduous shrubs. Most varieties bearing urplish black or a bright yellow, deeply serrated foliage. In spring bear creamy white flowers, these are tehn followed by fruits  in various colours. The fruits are very valuable to birds and a great way to encourage them in to your garden.

They do well in moist well drained soil and extreme chalk soils, in sun or partial shade. To maintain sambucus they can be trimmed back hard to restrict the height in late winter / early spring.

How long does delivery take?

Where will you leave my plants?

We will leave your order at the front of your property, Parcelforce may
leave your items in a safe place if you let us know, Pallet couriers
will require a flat hard surface to deliver to, no gravel or soil, a
driveway or parking spot would be best. Most importantly Deliveries by
pallet courier will require access for a large truck (bin lorry sized)
to get near the delivery point. Deliveries sent on our own transport may come in a small van or larger truck.
