Ilex or Holly is a huge family with many different varieties. They can be evergreen shrubs or trees, they differ so much depending on the variety as not all have spikes.

Holly makes lovely hedges or nice specimens. They are very low maintenance as they are slow growing.

Ilex Crenata is an evergreen shrub with minutely scalloped glossy dark green leaves. It is being widely used for topiary and now, because of some issues with the traditional box, - caterpillar and blight - is being used for dwarf hedges.

It's tough and green and from ten paces it looks the same. Winter is hardy and enjoys the same conditions. Hollies like to be planted in moist well-drained soil in sun or shade,

How long does delivery take?

Where will you leave my plants?

We will leave your order at the front of your property, Parcelforce may
leave your items in a safe place if you let us know, Pallet couriers
will require a flat hard surface to deliver to, no gravel or soil, a
driveway or parking spot would be best. Most importantly Deliveries by
pallet courier will require access for a large truck (bin lorry sized)
to get near the delivery point. Deliveries sent on our own transport may come in a small van or larger truck.
