Ilex or holly is a huge family with many different varieties. They can be evergreen shrubs or trees, they differ so much depending on the variety as not all have spikes. Holly make lovely hedges or nice specimens. Ilex aquifolium argentea marginata - bears prickly variegated leaves and can produce red berries when planted in groups. For them to fruit you will need male and female or plant in a group. They are very low maintenance as they are slow growing. Hollies like to be planted in moist well drained soil in sun or shade, ideally they do like a sheltered site.

How long does delivery take?

Where will you leave my plants?

We will leave your order at the front of your property, Parcelforce may
leave your items in a safe place if you let us know, Pallet couriers
will require a flat hard surface to deliver to, no gravel or soil, a
driveway or parking spot would be best. Most importantly Deliveries by
pallet courier will require access for a large truck (bin lorry sized)
to get near the delivery point. Deliveries sent on our own transport may come in a small van or larger truck.
