As a cultivar of Japanese Holly, 'Caroline Upright' shares all the resilience and adaptability of the species but with a distinctly upright, fastigiate growth form that sets it apart. Care

Watering: Water regularly after planting to help the root system establish. Once settled in, 'Caroline Upright' is reasonably drought-tolerant but will benefit from consistent moisture during prolonged dry spells, particularly in free-draining soils.
