Platanus × hispanica ‘Acerifolia’ – Majestic Maple-Leaved London Plane

Platanus × hispanica ‘Acerifolia’, commonly known as the Maple-Leaved London Plane, is a large, deciduous shade tree prized for its stately form, broad canopy, and resilience in urban environments. Its distinctive maple-like leaves, exfoliating bark, and fast growth make it a classic choice for streets, parks, and spacious gardens.

3. Resilient & Urban-Friendly

4. Year-Round Interest
Exfoliating bark creates winter visual appeal, while spring and summer foliage provide shade and summer greenery.

5. Low-Maintenance & Long-Lived
Once established, this London Plane requires minimal care and maintains its form for decades, making it a durable, long-term landscape asset.
