2. Our Contract with You

A contract is formed between you and us when we email you to confirm that we’ve accepted your order. If we’re unable to accept your order, we will inform you and refund any payments taken.

We sell only to customers in the UK. Delivery to non-UK addresses is not available.

3. Our Products

We sell living, perishable plants and horticultural products. Product images on our website are for illustration only. Plants are natural products and variations in size, shape, leaf structure, and colour should be expected.

4. Price and Payment

The price of products will be clearly shown at checkout and includes VAT, if applicable. You must pay in full before we dispatch your order.

We accept payment via:

  • Shop Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Apple Pay

  • PayPal

  • Credit/debit card (via Shopify Payments)

5. Delivery

Delivery Charges and Times: Costs and estimated delivery dates are shown during the order process. While we aim to deliver promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

Delivery Methods: Deliveries may be fulfilled by one of the following:

  • Our own delivery vehicles and team

  • Pallet couriers for larger plant or bulk orders

  • Parcel couriers for smaller or boxed items

We will choose the most appropriate method based on your order size and delivery location.

Delivery Method: Depending on your order, deliveries may be made using our own vehicles, a pallet courier, or a parcel courier. If access to your property is restricted or unsuitable for any of these delivery methods (e.g. narrow driveways, gravel, or grass), you must notify us by 2:00pm the day before your scheduled delivery so we can make appropriate arrangements or reschedule if necessary.

Unattended Deliveries: If no one is available to take delivery and access is sufficient, your order may be left at the kerbside at your risk.

Ownership and Risk: You own the products once we’ve received full payment and the items have been prepared for dispatch. Risk passes to you once delivery is completed. If any item in your order is unavailable or not yet ready (e.g. due to growing time or seasonal readiness), we will contact you before dispatch to offer alternatives, revised delivery timing, or a refund for the unavailable item.

Pallets and Packaging: Delivery pallets and packaging will be left with you. Disposal is your responsibility.

6. Your Right to Make Changes

If you wish to amend your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible. If changes are possible, we’ll let you know about any adjustments to pricing or delivery.

7. Our Right to Make Changes

We may make minor changes to products to reflect seasonal availability or improve quality. If any changes materially affect your order, we’ll contact you before dispatch.

8. Cancellations and Returns (Consumers)

Perishable Goods: Plants and other living products are perishable and excluded from the usual 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, we offer a 1-day cancellation window from delivery for such products.

Non-Perishable Goods: For all other products, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery. You must return the items to us in original condition and at your cost.

How to Cancel: Submit cancellation requests in writing via our Contact Form or by post. Phone cancellations are not accepted.

Please note: if you change your mind and return an eligible item, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and administrative costs. Additionally, any original delivery charges are non-refundable if the return is due to a change of mind. If you are unable to return the item yourself, we may be able to arrange collection, in which case a collection fee will apply and be deducted from your refund.

9. If There’s a Problem with the Product

Please contact us promptly if there’s an issue. You may be asked to supply photographs to assist with our assessment.

Consumer Rights Summary: If a product is faulty or misdescribed, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns must be arranged using the original courier or in person. You will be responsible for return costs.

10. Business/Trade Customers

If you are purchasing as a business, the following applies:

  • The right to cancel (as per section 8) does not apply.

  • Faulty or misdescribed goods must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

  • Refunds or replacements are at our discretion once goods are inspected.

11. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any loss of business, profit, or commercial opportunity

  • Delays caused by events beyond our control

  • Damage to property caused by delivery agents

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product(s).

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

12. Use of Personal Data

We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Declaration. You can manage your data using our Data Request Portal.

13. Other Important Terms

  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms.

  • You may only transfer your rights with our written consent.

  • Each paragraph operates separately. If any part is deemed unlawful, the rest remain in force.

  • Delays in enforcing the contract do not waive our rights.

  • These terms are governed by English law. Disputes may be brought in the English courts, or if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts.
