Exochorda are deciduous shrubs often referred to as Pearl Bush. They are popular shrubs /small trees that are often selected for the excellent show of beautiful pearl looking flowers in March.

They form a beautiful back drop to any flower border or a stunning feature plant. Even look lovely grown in pots.

How to Grow and Look After you Exochorda

Exochorda are trouble-free shrubs. They are best suited to moist, fertile soil. Ideally in full sun or lightly dappled shade.

During the spring months it advised to add a slow release fertiliser along with generous amounts garden mulch.

 Prune any old and damaged shoots as this will increase the amounts of flowers that will be produced the following seasons.
