Small evergreen tuft forming perennial which has narrow, striped with gold, leaves.
Carex is a very hardy aquatic, bog or grass like plant which can be deciduous or evergreen bearing linear or strap shaped dark green leaves with long spikes of tiny green or brown flowers.
Carex is very easy to grow and they are even easier to maintain. They are a very low maintenance plant that like full sun to partial shade and a moist soil. Carex needs trimming back once it has flowered.
Carex oshimensis Evergold is a Small evergreen tuft forming perennial which has narrow, striped with gold, leaves. They can reach heights of 0.1-0.5 metres.
