Phone Calls

Current Delivery Status:
Grasslands Transport: Running as normal, usually no more than 7 days for delivery

Pallex: Collections and deliveries running as normal no more than 7 days

Parcelforce: Collections are reduced due to reduced staff orders are taking a little longer than usual, up to 2 weeks for delivery. your order will only be in transport for 24h's
 
Orders Additions / amendments
At this time we we are not allowing amendments or additions to orders. We are asking that customers place a new order and it will be dealt with in turn.

Office staff / phone calls
Our office Staff are working from home at the moment. As a result we have less capacity for phone calls and we are asking people not to call the office unless it is an emergency.

We are not able to take orders over the phone during this time.
 
Emails
We are replying to emails as fast as possible but due to increased demand emails relating to already placed orders will take priority, general info and advice emails may take longer to receive a reply.

We ask that you phone us if completely necessary, we are currently working remotely and the office is staffed by a skeleton crew, We are able to take a limited number of phone calls but ask that customers use the live chat at the bottom of this web page to contact us.
